Take a trip with LiReise Tour on Diving Safari in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Kenya, experience an exciting adventure over and under water.
The journey starts at the airport of your choice (Cologne, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf) together We fly to Mombasa where our tour guide welcomes us and accompanies us to the hotel, after checking in you have the opportunity to get to know Mombasa during a city tour. The rest of our Diving Safari will take you to the islands of Diani, Mombasa, Watamu, Chale Island and Wasini Island. You will experience numerous dive spots during your 9-day journey.
The Tiwi is a wonderful reef with a roof that starts at 5m and then up to max. 25 m drops.
A very healthy coral growth on the top reef, slightly sloping slopes, tunnels and steep walls. Stingrays are frequent visitors and can be spotted in the overhangs. Large fish schools and small animals will never let this dive get boring.
The Alpha Funguo wreck is a 48m long fish trawler that has been sunk especially for divers on the Southern Kenyan coast. The wreck lies in 28m depth, the boarding starts at 17 m. In a relatively short time, the wreck became a magnet for many fish species and occasionally visits to whale sharks are the absolute highlight!
A night dive on the reefs around Chale Island guarantees unforgettable, magical moments in the Indian Ocean. One of the most beautiful experiences of night diving is fluorescent plankton, the prospect of millions of glowworms beneath the surface - tiny microorganisms that sparkle like little stars as divers soar through the water.

Chale Island is a headland rather than an island, located at the northern end of Msambweni Bay in Kwale County in southeastern Kenya. Chale Island is known as a sacred kaya.
Watamu
Watamu is a small coastal town in Kenya, north of Mombasa. It’s known for Watamu Marine National Park and Reserve, which has 3 bays: Watamu, Blue Lagoon and Turtle. Sandy beaches and coral gardens.
